ORKA, brand of MASTRAD, offers a variety of shipping options in the US.

Shipping lead times in US

Orders are usually processed within the same day. If you have incorrectly placed an order please contact customer service at contact@orka.fr soon as possible and we will try our best to stop the shipment.

Except for Express Shipping Option, most orders are shipped via UPS within 1 business day of your order depending on our availability. If it is deemed necessary to ship to a PO Box, USPS will be used for shipment of product.

Express Shipping*

Several Express Shipping options can be chosen at checkout. Corresponding prices will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.

*Only available to Continental U.S. (excludes Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico). Non continental U.S. states or territories, please consult for any specific shipping fees.

Prices

Free Shipping is valid for orders over $89. Orders under $89 will be subject to carrier shipping fees.

Due to factors outside our control we are unable to sell a cart value at or below $10.  Please add items to your cart to increase the value.

Restrictions

We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States and APO/FPO Military Addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico currently do not qualify for free shipping.
